At the first time you play this games, start to build some town to increase your money, but don't bought too much as larger your land cost of building increase too. Build Power Plan more than 20 capacity because it needed to build a city. Your first target is build a city. The city will produce $3,000 per hour.
Next step is create more city at the first week and build a nuclear plant. Nuclear plant has 75 power plan capacity it's can build 3 city with low cost of land.
How to grab a uranium because this uranium cannot be produce by metal mine. Wty to see the bottom of the web, you will found a reward link in the Daily Reward section. Click it and you will have 5 uranium every day.

here is a really good tip to start out in reign and i give full credit to flash or lord nick
get 12 towns and 1 nuclear plant
convert all the towns into cities.. how to do this:
1. raise 50,000 cash
2. deconstruct 3 towns by clicking the town image on the map and entering 3 in the script prompt
3. order your city
4. wait for 50,000 cash again and repeat procedure
remember that each town = 3 land and cities = 8 land so it's not neccessary to deconstruct 3 towns every time.
to check how mch spare land you have look in the player pane at the section where it says 'Land' - next to that it'll show 2 numbers.. the number inside the bracket show how mch free land you have.
once u've got as many cities possible on 38 land.. Buy more land (purchasing both cities and nuclear plants as you expand)
aim for 6 cities 4 nuclear plants
buy 3 metal mines, 1 factory and eventually 1 or 2 rigs.. from their u can decide where u need to advance on..
